講義概要/Course description
This course examines the changing patterns of world trade, economic institutions of international business, and managerial responses of these institutions to their dynamic and complex environment. This framework forms the basis for analysis of the factors affecting international business decision-making. Multinational enterprise is a focus of study, particularly aspects of its financial, cultural, and economic, and its business performance is assessed. 
達成目標/Course objectives
Students who complete this course will be able to: (1) Understand the changing nature of international business, (2)Appreciate the complex environmental influences on managerial decision-making within international firms. (3) Identify and assess various market selection and market entry strategies available to potential and existing international business enterprises.
