100%
|
The final grade is based on an evaluation of student’s attitude, effort, and participation (50%), class work, homework, reports and exams (50%). Other things that will be taken into consideration include the student’s punctuality, preparedness, neatness, accuracy, time management and listening skills. Being absent for more than 1/3 of all classes for the year is automatic grounds for failing. Arriving late to class more than 60 minutes once, 30 minutes twice, or 15 minutes 3 times is counted as one absence. Students who do not attend the end of the semester final exam can not receive a final grade.
