講義概要/Course description
実際の社会生活、及びビジネスシーンで必要とされている英語力を「話す」「書く」の側面にフォーカスし高める。
達成目標/Course objectives
英語で書く、ことを繰り返し練習し、自分の伝えたいことを英語で書いて、伝える能力を身に着ける。

英文e-mailの書き方を習得する。

自分の英語力の範囲で最良のコミュニケーション方法を探し、人前でプレゼンテーションすることへの躊躇を乗り越え、自信をつける。

授業方法/Method of instruction
教科書に沿ってWritingの力を基礎から養い、今期は最終的に、ビジネスe-mailまで書くことができるような能力を身に着ける。
バーバルコミュニケーションの側面からは、Music Presentationを題材に、自分の最も伝えたいものを、相手はどう受け取るか体験する、アクティブラーニング方式で学習する。プレゼンテーションする機会を設け、積極的な発表の場、発言の場を設ける。そのプレゼンテーションの様子を録画し、自分自身で評価・改善を行う。
授業は英語と日本語、混合で行う。
成績評価方法/Evaluation

本講座では、英語で書く力を養い、同時にプレゼンテーションを中心とするコミュニケーションの強化を目指すものであり、授業中の学生の積極的な発言、参加を求める。

授業では、日本語と英語の両方で講義する。

東京、シンガポール、イギリスで15年を超える日系および外資系企業での勤務経験を有する。業種は、監査法人、証券会社、航空会社など。
本講座では、実際のビジネスシーンで使われている生きた英語を、書く、話す、力を高めることにフォーカスし高めていくことができる。
