講義概要/Course description
Students read a variety of texts. They are required to predict what a word suggests or what a sentence means, make sure of the relationship among things or people, make a summary of a text and understand the writer’s intention. They are also expected to put in words their own view on texts.

Reading Fact and Fiction in English
This class aims at reading texts in English, considering the difference between fact and fiction, in order that students might express their own view on them.
