メッセージ/Message
I normally teach at the School of International Liberal Studies at Waseda University. I will be substituting Professor Hiromi Fujishige just for this academic year while she will be away for her sabbatical leave. I have several English publications on the theme of international peace and security, in particular peace operations and peace building, which are open access books and articles (you can download these books and articles for free). One of my recent publications include Operationalisation of Hybrid Peacebuilding in Asia (https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-030-67758-9). A special issue in the journal, Trajectories of Twenty Years of State-building in Timor-Leste (https://ipus.snu.ac.kr/eng/back-issue-subject?pn=7000). I also have several publications in Japanese, please google me if you can read Japanese.
その他/Others
Based on my capacity as a reflective practitioner, and a field-oriented scholar, I offer hybrid learning experience including both academic/analytical/theoretical discussion and practical/collaborative/skill-based/problem-solving approaches.
