Introduce major themes, stories, and people in the Bible.
Explore the relation between Christianity and society.
Present (and sing) Christian music of various genres.
Include small group discussions and guest speakers/musicians.

1. The willingness to learn and communicate in English

A score of 450 or higher on the TOEIC online test taken at the time of enrollment.
入学時に受験したTOEICオンラインテストにおいてスコア450以上.
2. Digital Detox: The understanding that cellphones and devices will only be used with the instructor's approval. Students will take notes in a notebook.

Hey students, if you are reading this far, that means you have at least some interest in taking this class in English. Why not learn Christianity and English at the same time? Then you will be killing two birds with one stone (but remember, I am Mr. Byrd, not Mr. Bird XD). And learning something really fascinating--and important--for understanding the world and making it a better place.
