講義概要/Course description
English in the Media (Advertising) 

This course explores various advertising media. Students will examine and analyze print, billboard, radio, TV, and Internet advertisements for a variety of products and services. Students will learn persuasive techniques and language using in advertising. At the end of the semester, students will create their advertisement for the assigned product.

- To recognize persuasive techniques used in advertising 
- To produce media related text using the relevant language forms and structure 
- To develop analytical critical thinking skills from remembering to creating
