講義概要/Course description
|
The objective of this course intends to provide you with basic knowledge on the written agreement. By reviewing authentic interesting business cases, the course addresses the basic areas of business documents, including e-mails, business letters, contracts. Upon completion of the course you will understand the fundamentals of academic/business writing and the reasons for the current structure of an academic/business paper and report etc., know several academic genes, and you will be able to write and edit academic and business papers. Regarding business letters including e-mails, you are required to write business letters in each class, which are based on actual business scenes, especially referring to international trade. Group work will be carried out in each class. Participants will be divided into groups consisting of about 3-4 students, and each group will study a plan to implement Merger and Acquisition for certain foreign company and prepare the plan (proposal) for Merger and Acquisition. The content of the group proposal will be presented in a presentation session during the course.

This class aims to attain to help you understand the basic logics about the written agreement in a business environment. In addition, this course intends to provide you with an opportunity to learn about actual business scenes from a point of business writings.
