講義概要/Course description
In this class, we study about electronic materials and the relevant fundamental electronic, optical, magnetic, thermal and mechanical properties and phenomena to understand the operation principles of the electronic devices.

The goal of the class is to understand the fundamental properties of the electronic materials and relevant physical phenomena that are used in electronic devices.

授業計画/Class 1. Introduction: (1) structures of atoms, molecules, and materials (2) electron and phonon
The class will be provide as a on-line lecture (on-demand style).
