講義概要/Course description
|
In this course, financial system and the contribution of the financial system to the development of the Japan’s economy will be examined. Particular attention will be paid at the impact of monetary policy to formation and collapse of the bubble, and what kind of policy measures have been taken based on the lessons from the bubble.

達成目標/Course objectives
|
Through the course, the participants will be able to understand: - what the financial system is, and what the roles of banks are - how the financial system has contributed to Japan’s post-war economic development - how the financial system has been changed since the collapse of bubble economy.
